Free beer tomorrowAll changes are easier when they are not needed till tomorrow.

Admit it – we all fall victim of “I can eat the cake now, but I promise to skip it tomorrow”, “I will work out next week, next month… next year, but not today”.

Is there such as thing as “easy change”?

Call me cruel but there may not be. However, there are ways to “ease into change”.

    Thank you Joel – it’s so tempting to put things off but then we get mired in the present problem instead of making progress – no matter how slow or small the steps!
